Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources/ Personal & Administration located in Anand/Vithlapur, Gujarat. Role will execute and oversee day-to-day human resource tasks that include workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management. The role will also involve managing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, performance reviews, Time Office, Compliances and supporting organizational culture enhancement initiatives. Additionally, the role will play a significant role in fostering a cohesive and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management
• Expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor regulations
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and manage diversity and inclusion efforts
• Experience with organizing training programs, employee development, and performance appraisal systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
