Job Description

Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment in consultation with site management. Ensure timely completion of IME (Initial Medical Examination), PME (Periodical Medical Examination), and VTC (Vocational Training) for all employees as per DGMS

Required Candidate profile

Ensure timely joining formalities, and induction of new employees and contract workers. Supervise daily attendance, leave management, and shift records. Coordinate with the payroll team
