Description
As the leader of the global HR Operations function, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end teammate lifecycle processes across regions. Your role will involve owning service delivery, data governance, and HRIS-enabled automation. You will also be tasked with building a high-performing team that delivers accurate, timely, and insightful HR operations for both business and HR stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Streamline workflows and eliminate non-value-added tasks; lead automation initiatives for recurring trackers/reports using Power Query and BI dashboards. - Create and implement a smart Quality Control (QC) framework for all business as usual (BAU) processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. - Utilize a ticketing/workflow system (e.g., Freshservice) to manage volumes, SLAs, and communications; collaborate with IT to enhance intake and auto-notifications. - Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of HR data across systems and integrations; establish audit and error-prevention controls. - Leverage HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, SAP, ADP, Darwinbox) for workflow, reporting, compliance, and lifecycle transactions. - Take ownership of critical reports and analytics (e.g., headcount, movement, comp cycles, compliance), transitioning manual outputs into automated, reusable BI assets. - Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team; implement quality reviews, feedback cycles, and growth plans to maintain high performance. - Cultivate a collaborative, service-oriented culture that communicates effectively with HRBPs, finance, recruiting, and business leaders. - Align HR Ops with enterprise priorities; translate business needs into operational plans, SLAs, and measurable outcomes. - Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies by coordinating timely documentation, reporting, and audits. - Lead process assessments and Kaizen-style improvements; pilot and scale new capabilities (e.g., Freshservice phases, Power BI automation). - Collaborate on HRMS enhancements (requirements, UAT, go-live), ensuring stable, scalable operations and robust change management. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years of hands-on HR Operations leadership in a multi-region environment. - Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective stakeholder management. - Proven capability to prioritize and deliver across multiple, parallel projects under pressure, while maintaining accuracy. - Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and flexibility to support extended/variable hours as required by business or client needs. - Proficiency in RCA and escalation management, with experience in implementing quality checks and error-reduction mechanisms. - Practical fluency in data tools such as Power Query and BI dashboarding for automating reports and deriving insights. - Experience in driving efficiency through workflow tools/ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice) and automation. - Exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, SAP, ADP, Darwinbox, ServiceNow (or equivalent systems).
