Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HSE Program Implementation
: Develop and execute site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments in alignment with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Compliance Monitoring
: Ensure adherence to local, state, and national HSE regulations. Escalate non-compliance issues promptly.
Contractor Coordination
: Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to align their HSE practices with project requirements. Conduct joint safety inspections and audits.
Site Inspections & Risk Assessments
: Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and assess risks. Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
Incident Management
: Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses. Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks.
Training & Awareness
: Organize and conduct HSE induction programs for new workers and visitors. Facilitate toolbox talks, safety drills, and awareness campaigns.
Emergency Preparedness
: Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Conduct periodic emergency drills and evaluate their effectiveness.
Reporting & Documentation
: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports to management. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
Continuous Improvement
: Identify opportunities for improving HSE performance and culture. Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and leadership.
