Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:
Government Institute Diploma in Safety (Diploma from private colleges/universities will NOT be considered)
BE/B.Tech (any stream except CSE)
preferred OR
Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements

If
BE/B.Tech + Govt. Safety Degree
:
Minimum 5+ years
of experience in EHS (Factory/Plant environment)/ highrise
If
Engineering + Govt. Safety Diploma
:
Minimum 8+ years
of experience in EHS (Factory/Plant environment)/ highrise

Key Responsibilities

LOversee all Environment,Health & Safety systems across construction site.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate safety standards.
Maintain EHS policies, SOPs, and risk management processes.
Conduct audits, hazard assessments, and safety training programs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workplace safety.
Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong background in Highrise EHS operations.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale factory environments.
Excellent knowledge of EHS legal requirements and best practices.
Ability to implement safety culture and enforce compliance.
