Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct inspection and induction of new Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and prepare detailed reports for submission to the GSE Support Centre.
Plan, monitor, and execute scheduled maintenance activities and checks for all GSE and vehicles as per defined timelines to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with Regional In-charge and GSE Head Office for breakdown, accidental, and preventive maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and resource arrangement.
Maintain and update all maintenance and operational data in the GEMS portal, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Manage spare parts requisition by reviewing requirements and arranging materials from the GSE Support Centre or local vendors.
Oversee fuel management, including refueling schedules, fuel usage updates in GEMS, and compliance with operational requirements.
Handle insurance renewals, registration, and regulatory compliance for all vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution.
