Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing Strategic Alliance plans to align with the company's growth objectives. This includes negotiating partnership agreements, exploring synergies, building relationships with key partners, monitoring partnership performance, and identifying opportunities for business leads. Additionally, you will work on developing marketing materials and pitches, collaborate across functions, and ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives. You will also be identifying potential tech and fintech companies for engagements, establishing communication channels, and taking care of critical discussions related to technical, legal, and other requirements. Furthermore, you will be involved in drafting and reviewing MoUs, Letters of Engagement, vetting changes in engagement documents, and monitoring legal matters relevant to the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Strategic Alliance plans - Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts - Build and maintain relationships with key partners - Monitor partnership performance and identify areas for improvement - Identify business leads from alliances portfolios - Develop marketing materials and pitches - Collaborate across functions for successful partnership execution - Identify potential tech and fintech companies for engagements - Establish communication channels with alliances - Handle critical discussions related to technical and legal aspects - Draft and review MoUs, Letters of Engagement - Vet changes in engagement documents - Monitor legal matters relevant to the industry Qualifications Required: - Self-starter with a willingness to learn - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Strong presentation skills - Organizational and analytical abilities - Ability to adapt to evolving business needs - Result-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines - Understanding or experience in the Trade & Trade Finance industry preferred Additional Details: - Good understanding of Banking, especially Trade Finance, is a plus - The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including industry associations, financial services providers, and tech companies - You will be responsible for the P&L, marketing, and sales coordination within the assigned portfolios - Legal support responsibilities include drafting and reviewing MoUs, vetting changes in engagement documents, and monitoring legal matters relevant to the industry - Participation in the interpretation of central bank circulars relevant to the business may be required,
