Job Description

As a GBS Global Assistant Manager of Change Management at Kraft Heinz, your role involves driving organizational and behavioral change by planning and executing change management strategies for global projects. Your responsibilities include: - Leading change across project lifecycles using the Kraft Heinz Change Management Methodology and integrating change management activities for Agile projects - Conducting detailed Change Impact Assessments to understand stakeholders, their impact, and recommended interventions - Performing Stakeholder Analysis to effectively manage key stakeholders impacted by projects - Developing the Case for Change to define key messaging required by the audience - Creating proactive Communication Plans and strong project communications - Partnering with communication teams to ensure key project messaging is appropriately communicated - Providing strategic insight into training and deployment plans - Presenting Change Management status, issues, and risks during project status meetings - Developing comprehensive Change Management Plans and executing them for projects - Managing training development, logistics, and delivery plans - Measuring change sentiment and commitment through Change Readiness Assessments - Sharing Lessons Learned with teams to adapt and improve approaches - Reporting Change Management status and progress to senior management - Executing Change Management and Communication Plans for projects - Reporting status to the Sr. Manager of Global Change Management and escalating risks/issues Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in enterprise/global Change Management - Impeccable verbal/written English communication skills - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with project life cycle phases - Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adjust in fast-paced environments - Outcome-focused team player with strong collaboration skills - Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook Location: Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC Please note that this job description is subject to change and additional details about the company may be available in the original job posting.,
