Job Description

As an Assistant Manager for GB Commercial Systems at our Global Business Operations (GBO) team, you will be a key player in providing strategic, financial, and business services crucial to our day-to-day operations. With over 2,000 dedicated team members supporting 21 markets worldwide, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills across various domains in our inclusive and supportive culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a commercial system process and tool owner, challenging established ways of working and ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with control requirements. Influence peers and senior collaborators for successful results. - Ensure smooth delivery of short- and long-term plans related to commercial systems, such as Annual Operating Plan and system upgrades. Hold accountable and drive performance of team members. - Manage business as usual operations and month-end closes efficiently, providing analysis for decision support, accelerating ticket resolution, and monitoring performance closely. Prioritize work appropriately. - Maintain high-quality stakeholder management, focusing on delivering exceptional performance and demonstrating strong leadership skills. - Perform additional commercial/financial system-related tasks as requested by Line Managers. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG sector. - 7+ years of experience in Commercial Systems Management, preferably with prior business systems experience. - Excellent coordination, prioritization, and leadership skills. - Strong ownership drive, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities with high accuracy. - Experience with integrated systems such as Anaplan, SAP, SAP-BW, SAP-CRM, and advanced MS Excel knowledge. - Proficiency in business English and communication skills. - Hard-working, fast-learning, proactive personality with good interpersonal skills. - Results-oriented and capable of working in a flexible environment, independently driven with a team player mindset. **Additional Company Details:** Flexibility in working hours may be required during national holidays, weekends, or key reporting periods.
