Job Description

Develop and maintain ROW-related MIS reports and dashboards.

Ensure daily/weekly/monthly updates of land acquisition, compensation disbursement, and ROW clearance progress.
Track project-wise progress against schedules and alert delays.
Collect, verify, and consolidate data from regional offices, site teams, and contractors.
Maintain digital records of land ownership, compensation records, approvals, consents, and legal statuses.
Support digitization of land and ROW records using GIS/mapping tools (if required).
Coordinate with internal departments (legal, projects, finance) for updates and documentation.
Ensure all ROW-related documentation complies with internal SOPs and statutory requirements.
Assist in preparing presentations for internal/external review meetings.
Assist in preparation of responses to regulatory or audit queries related to ROW.
Provide analytical support to ROW/legal teams in disputes or compensation assessments.
Accurate MIS reports for ROW progress and compensation.
Dashboards highlighting project-wise land status.
Timely inputs for management decisions and regulatory filings.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

Graduate in any stream (preferably B. Com/B. Sc/BA); Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
6-7 years in MIS roles; experience in infrastructure/ROW/land acquisition domain preferred.
Proven experience working on Substation or similar energy infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with legal processes related to land acquisition and permitting.
