Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Location: Chennai Industry: Electronics – Elevator Accessories Company: Leading Manufacturer of Elevator-Related Electronic Products(FLY BIRD TECHNOLOGIES) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – Sales with a strong background in elevator accessories sales. The ideal candidate will lead regional sales efforts, manage key accounts, and drive business growth through strategic field operations. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales in the assigned region through direct field activities Manage and grow relationships with elevator OEMs, contractors, and service providers Lead and mentor sales executives in the region Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business expansion Provide product knowledge and support to clients Monitor market trends and competitor activity Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and client servicing Requirements: Minimum 4–7 years of field sales experience in elevator accessories or related industry Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Age below 45 years Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience and performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
