Statutory Compliance & Filings

• Ensure timely and accurate filings under the

  Companies Act, 2013

  – including but not limited to:

• AOC-4

• Maintain and update

  statutory registers

  ,

  share capital records

  , and assist in

  corporate restructuring

• Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities (ROC, MCA) for all company law-related matters

Indirect Taxation – GST

• Manage end-to-end

  GST compliance

  :
• Filing of

  GSTR-1

  ,

  GSTR-3B

  ,

  CMP-08

  ,

  GSTR-9

• Handle

  refund applications

  and liaison with GST officers
• Track input tax credits and reconciliation

Direct Taxation – Income Tax

• Ensure compliance for:

• Advance Tax

  ,

  TDS returns

  ,

  Income Tax Returns (ITRs)

  ,

  MAT provisions

  ,

  Tax Audits

• Assist in preparing documentation for

  assessments

  and

  scrutiny cases

FEMA & RBI Compliance

• Manage

  FEMA filings

  : Remittance Reports,

  FIRC

  ,

  FC-GPR

• Coordinate with

  Authorized Dealer (AD) banks

• Prepare and file

  FDI

  , and forms such as

  FC-GPR

  ,

  FC-TRS

  ,

  APR

International Compliance – UAE

• Oversee

  UAE VAT

  , and

  Corporate Tax

  compliance
• Coordinate with

  Free Zone Authorities

  and ensure accurate and timely submissions

Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain client

  bookkeeping

  , prepare

  trial balances

  ,

  MIS reports

  , and

  financial statements

• Support in audit preparation and internal financial reviews

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce –

  B.Com

  ,

  BBA

  , or

  BA (Economics)

• CA Dropout

  or

  CS Dropout

• Candidates

  pursuing CA and/or CS
