**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** At Jupiter, we are on a mission to enable people to improve their relationship with money. As an Assistant Manager - Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business financial planning and analysis. Your expertise in managing fund-raising activities, MIS reporting, and reconciliations will support organizational growth and financial stability. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Accounting & Book Closure** - Manage day-to-day accounting operations following company policies. - Ensure accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and trial balance preparation. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with strict adherence to timelines. - **MIS & Financial Reporting** - Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis, and cash flow. - Collaborate with the FP&A team for budgeting, forecasting, and business insights. - Provide financial dashboards and automate recurring reports using data tools. - **Taxation & Compliance** - Manage all statutory compliances such as TDS, GST, PF, and other regulatory filings. - Coordinate with consultants for GST audits, tax assessments, and return filings. - Ensure documentation and reconciliations for audit and compliance reviews. - **Audit & Internal Controls** - Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits. - Support system automation and improve the accuracy of financial data reporting. - **Business Support** - Partner with various business units (Growth, Operations, HR, Product) to provide financial insights. - Assist in financial due diligence and investor reporting requirements. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance and compliance. - Expertise in MIS, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments. **Note:** Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.,
