Position Overview:

Assistant Manager Finance (Costing) to handle the costing and financial management of our factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, compliance, financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and statutory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Costing & Financial Control

- Prepare and monitor product costing for accuracy and efficiency.

- Compare actual costs with standard costs and analyze differences.

- Support management with pricing, cost-saving, and process improvement ideas.

2. Taxation & Compliance

- Handle Income Tax, GST, and TDS compliance.

- Ensure timely and accurate payment and filing of TDS and GST returns.

- Reconcile GST and TDS with accounts and ensure accuracy in reports.

3. MIS & General Accounting

- Prepare monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.

- Monitor debtors, creditors, and stock variances.

- Prepare Profit & Loss statements and quarterly tax payments.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.

4. Routine Payments

- Check and approve payments for raw materials, projects, and services.

- Verify bills, supporting documents, and ensure budget compliance.

5. Export & DGFT

- Process DGFT export incentive applications.

- Review export documentation and ensure timely fund realization.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in manufacturing or process industries.

- Hands-on exposure to factory-level costing and MIS reporting.
