The role supports areas including accounting, monthly closing, statutory compliances, internal controls and manage US GAAP reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support for month-end activities: Revenue computation, Financial MIS, monthly income tax provisioning, quarterly tax reporting package, etc. 30%
Ensure operating effectiveness of internal financial controls 25%
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliation for SOX, highlight any discrepancy to the leadership and enable closure for any unreconciled entries within reasonable period 20%
Prepare quarterly reconciliation of Statutory GAAP to US GAAP trial balance and maintain related documentation. 15%
Support consolidation process 10%
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced FIELD OF STUDY: Chartered Accountant
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
CERTIFICATION(S): Chartered Accountant
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
