Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

 Accounts Payable & Receivable:

o Oversee end-to-end AP/AR processes.

o Prepare AP/AR aging reports, optimize cash flow, and manage deferred revenue

accounts.

o Treasury & Cash Management:

 Monitor bank accounts and optimize fund utilization.

o Manage banking operations and prepare cash flow forecasts.

o Handle vendor and salary payments, bank reconciliations, and FD

documentation.

 Payroll Management:

o Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.

o Address payroll queries and manage audits.

 Taxation & Compliance:

o Handle direct/indirect tax compliance and filings.

o Manage tax assessments and audits.

 Financial Reporting:

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

o Support the Deputy Finance Controller in senior management reporting.

 Compliance & Audit:

o Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.


Qualifications:

 Education: CA inter/B. Com/BBA/BBM, MBA in Finance.

 Skills: Proficiency in Indian accounting standards, ERP systems, cost centre accounting,

attention to detail, financial software, and strong analytical abilities. Familiarity with

company secretarial compliance is a plus.
