Requirements

  • Qualification: CA Inter / MBA Finance/M.Com
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
  • At least 2 years in a mid-level management role (Preferred)

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to prepare MIS reports, cash flows, budgets, and analyze cost control and revenue gaps.
  • Hands-on expertise in Zoho / Tally and optimizing financial systems & processes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of plantation operations will be an added advantage.
  • HR & Admin support – overseeing attendance, payroll, staff records, and welfare activities.
