Requirements

Qualification: CA Inter / MBA Finance/M.Com
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
At least 2 years in a mid-level management role (Preferred)

Key Skills

Strong understanding of international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Ability to prepare MIS reports, cash flows, budgets, and analyze cost control and revenue gaps.
Hands-on expertise in Zoho / Tally and optimizing financial systems & processes.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of plantation operations will be an added advantage.
HR & Admin support – overseeing attendance, payroll, staff records, and welfare activities.
