Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of warehouse ensuring efficient inventory management, supply chain operations, and reverse logistics.
Oversee returns management process to minimize delays and optimize costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or related field.
Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Returns Management, Reverse Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations principles.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
