Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (Financial Reporting).

This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Director Finance.

The responsibilities we entrust you with

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and internal reporting requirements.
• Analyze variances and trends in financial reports and explain key drivers.
• Assist with the preparation of reports for senior management, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide required documentation.
• Maintain and update financial reporting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor changes in accounting regulations and assess their impact on financial reporting.
• Support internal control evaluations and enhancements related to financial reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

What matters in this role

Relevant work experience:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (INDAS /IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
