Role & responsibilities Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant VAGMINE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Accounts & Finance. Preferred candidate profile Record and maintain financial transactions: Enter financial data into accounting software, update ledgers and journals, and maintain accurate financial records. Process accounts payable and receivable: Process vendor invoices, track payments, send invoices to clients, and manage payments to suppliers. Perform reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with payroll: Help with processing payroll by verifying employee hours, benefits, and deductions. Prepare and maintain financial reports: Assist in preparing financial reports, expense reports, and budgets. Manage financial records: Keep both digital and physical financial records organized and up-to-date.
