Assistant Manager-EXPORTS SALES for FMCG/ Food Industry

As an Export Sales Manager at Sumo Biscuits, your role will involve more than 5 years of experience in International Sales of Food / FMCG Products. You will be responsible for various key responsibilities: - Working on lead generation by cold calling and converting them into customers. - Assisting in the identification, shortlisting, and finalizing new distributors in unrepresented countries. - Meeting with Clients and Agents as and when needed. - Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, agents, and distributors. - Developing clients network and tie-ups with companies and agencies. - Achieving desired individual and sales team targets. - Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. - Providing on-the-ground support for the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals. - Managing and implementing the marketing activities. - Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's business base and ensures its strong presence in the market. Qualifications and Skills required for this position include: - Masters in (Foreign Trade)/ (Intl Business /Trade) / Intl Marketing/ MBA. - Candidate having command on the local language of the countries (Africa and Middle East) where he has done the sale of Food products. - Sales aptitude.
