Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager located in Meerut with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and implementing company policies. The role also involves analyzing business performance, preparing reports, and assisting the Manager in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in inventory management and vendor coordination
Analytical skills and experience in business performance analysis
Ability to prepare detailed reports and assist in strategic planning
