Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email, sms & whatsapp marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
• Manage email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Create automation, triggered based flows and journeys
• Segment customers basis engagement and other metrics
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
• Create A/B tests and work on the hypothesis to achieve the desired results
• Manage subscription forms and monitor the deliverability aspect of email marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
