The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage internal and external communications, and support senior management in strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, supervising staff, ensuring alignment with company goals, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves liaising with various departments, handling administrative tasks, and managing budgets. Qualifications Experience in operations management, project coordination, and strategic planning Strong organizational, supervision, and staff management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proficiency in budget management and process improvement Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Familiarity with media industry trends and practices is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Show more Show less
