We have an urgent opening for the post of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR in leading MNC company which is into textile & garments in Jogeshwari (W)

Talent Acquisition, Payroll processing through SpineHR, Employee Engagement, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Compliance, and HRMS data management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Responsible for recruitment and manpower requirement.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels.
  • Create and publish job advertisements for targeted skill sets.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments, and exits.
  • Manage exit processes including clearance, documentation, and Full & Final (FNF) settlement coordination in SpineHR

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
  • Work on action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement scores

4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing through

    SpineHR

     ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collect, verify, and process attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure correct processing of earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with consultants for

    PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT)

    , and other statutory compliances.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings, returns, and compliance reports on time.
  • Maintain Mediclaim data and coordinate policy renewals

5. HRMS (SpineHR) Data Management

  • Ensure complete and accurate employee data in SpineHR.
  • Oversee utilization of all HR modules (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, training).
  • Drive system adoption and support employees/managers on HRMS usage.
  • Track HR metrics and MIS reports for decision-making and continuous improvement
