Job Overview

Assistant Manager – School Relations & Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct school visits and meetings with Principals, Directors, and Management to present Dabotics India’s offerings.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for AI, Robotics, and STEM lab solutions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school stakeholders.
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, quotations, and project execution.
• Represent the company in educational events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in educational product sales or school engagement roles.
• Knowledge of STEM / Robotics / EdTech industry.
• Good understanding of educational decision-making processes.
