Job Overview The Assistant Manager – School Relations & Sales will be responsible for visiting schools, building relationships with school management, and driving sales for Dabotics India’s educational technology and lab setup solutions. This role combines communication, sales strategy, and field engagement to ensure successful business growth and brand visibility in the education sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct school visits and meetings with Principals, Directors, and Management to present Dabotics India’s offerings. Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for AI, Robotics, and STEM lab solutions. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school stakeholders. Follow up with clients to convert leads into sales. Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, quotations, and project execution. Represent the company in educational events, exhibitions, and conferences. Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and follow-up actions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi). Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for school visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in educational product sales or school engagement roles. Knowledge of STEM / Robotics / EdTech industry.
