Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and deepen long-term strategic relationships with key customers
  • Drive product adoption, renewals, and customer engagement
  • Identify account expansion opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • Address, resolve, and follow up on customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Senior Management to meet customer needs
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collections in coordination with the finance team
  • Monitor customer performance and provide insights using MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in Customer Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
  • Experience in renewals, upselling, and account growth is a plus
