Assistant Manager - Customer Success

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team at Synergetics, a leading Cloud Consulting company, as a Customer Success Manager. Your role will involve consulting and influencing customers to ensure their technology investments are successful in achieving their intended objectives. You will be part of a passionate and expanding technical team, striving to make a real impact through your work. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with account development, bids, and campaign strategy - Perform detailed business discovery to set solution strategy and design - Configure, prepare, and demonstrate specified solutions to match client's requirements - Articulate the proposed solution and its benefits to the client at all levels - Interface between Sales, delivery, and transition team to meet customer expectations - Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis & Business Case preparation - Interact with the account management team and tailor solutions as required - Respond to RFP, RFQ, and unsolicited proposals for Global customers - Prepare and verify SOW and Agreement after winning opportunities - Interact with multiple OEMs/OESPs to achieve Integrated solutions - Establish processes for project delivery and ensure quality and customer satisfaction - Provide Leadership and deliver professional consulting services - Participate in service delivery engagements as a hands-on technical expert - Deployment on Microsoft Azure - Develop software solutions, collateral, and templates for sales and pre-sales teams Qualifications: - Azure or AWS based Cloud Architecture and migration skills and experience - Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components to deliver end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs - Knowledge of further Cloud technologies (Azure, S3, VMware) - Minimum 4 years" experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect, with a focus on Azure, cloud, server, storage, and networking - Knowledge and hands-on experience in Sizing, Pricing, and delivery models - Ability to understand business processes, problems, and position the required solution - Certification in Microsoft Azure 70-533, 70-535, or any other infrastructure certification is an added advantage Please note that this is a full-time employment opportunity.,
