To ensure field performance and customer satisfaction by analyzing product issues, leading service quality improvement, and driving corrective and preventive actions across all functions.
• Monitor field complaints and warranty data; perform root cause analysis and coordinate countermeasures.
• Support service team for failure analysis, parts testing, and technical feedback to design & production.
• Define and track product reliability metrics (MTBF, failure trends, warranty cost).
• Establish feedback loops between field, manufacturing, and suppliers for continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and technical guidance.
• Lead cross-functional reviews on recurring issues and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Support service readiness for new product launches through quality inputs and training.
• Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in 2-Wheeler Quality / Service / Field Support.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems mechanical, electrical, and EV aggregates.
• Skilled in failure analysis, 8D methodology, warranty data management, and customer handling.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
• Exposure to EV technology preferred.
• Hands-on experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
