Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager- Customer Delight to join our team in India. This role will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in both B2B and B2C sectors. The ideal candidate will assist in developing customer delight strategies, manage customer inquiries, and collaborate with various teams to improve the overall customer experience. This position is perfect for candidates with 0-4 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and eager to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing customer delight strategies for B2B and B2C sectors
Manage customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to management
Train and mentor junior team members on customer service best practices
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
