• Help achieve key performance indicators for customer service, such as case fill and on-time delivery percentages.
• Manage stock by monitoring inventory levels, slow-moving or non-moving items, and stock aging.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), financial processes, and statutory regulations like GST, PFA, and FDA within warehouses.
• Oversee secondary transportation, including route planning, and work to reduce transit times and freight costs.
• Lead new initiatives, such as the implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for the branch, and adopt new practices to improve supply chain performance.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, warehouses, and transporters

• Sound understanding of supply chain processes
• Experience in managing logistics, warehousing, and secondary transportation.
• Proven ability to drive new initiatives and projects.
• Experience in a role that requires good communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills, both internally and externally

• Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry preferred
