We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Assistant Manager, Content Marketing

to help scale Mintoaks brand and digital presence across markets. This role will be central to creating and managing high-impact content across multiple formats, including Blogs, Marketing collaterals, SEO-optimised website content, Event support and Social media.You will collaborate closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to craft contextual, consistent, and engaging narratives that represent Mintoaks voice globally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building brands through content, understands digital performance, and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content calendar for a multi-format plan: blogs, marketing collaterals, event content, testimonials, and social media posts.
  • Plan and execute SEO/AEO optimised content to improve search visibility
  • Drive Mintoaks global narrative through localisation and internationalisation of content.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to create content for key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across Mintoaks website, blog, internal platforms, and digital listings.

Technical Skills And Experience

Experience: 12 years in content and digital marketing

preferably in

B2B/Fintech/Tech

or even an agency background.Content Planning & Execution: Experience in managing multi-format content calendars, Blogs, Web copy, testimonials, social media, and eventsContent Quality Judgment: Strong understanding of what makes content effective, clarity, structure, relevance, tone, and audience alignmentSEO & Analytics: Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics to drive content performanceTools Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Strapi (CMS)
