Job description: The candidate will be working for the online Community and edtech vertical of Cloudnine Hospitals, Cloudnine Mamas and Masters in Baby Affairs. They will be responsible for handling the strategic and operations side of these verticals.

Creating growth strategies for Community to scale it up
Designing new events and initiatives for all customers segments of Community
Launching and scaling up of fertility category in the edtech vertical
Designing and executing sales strategy for the fertility category for both Cloudnine and non-Cloudnine customers
Running the courses in Fertility category after enrolment of customers
Conducting online classes in the courses smoothly by coordinating with doctors and experts
Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved to the highest extent. This involves doing customer and market research as well.
