Role Overview

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events and exhibitions.
  • Support the creation of event promotional materials, digital assets, and communication content.
  • Work with design teams to develop marketing collaterals such as posters, brochures, event creatives, and presentations.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting and engagement on

    LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp

    platforms.
  • Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, videos) to promote events.
  • Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.

3. Content Creation & Communication

  • Write compelling copy for social media, website, marketing emails, event brochures, and announcements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, event briefs, and marketing reports.
  • Help develop video scripts, promotional narratives, and storytelling content for campaigns.

4. Partnerships & Outreach

  • Support in collaborating with trade associations, media partners, and influencers for event visibility.
  • Help in sourcing and managing barter deals, sponsorship support, and brand partnerships.

5. Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Identify new digital tools, platforms, and strategies for event promotions.

6. Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with internal teams—design, sales, events—to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Maintain marketing trackers, campaign reports, and analytics dashboards.

Skills Required

  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication

    skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong interest in marketing communication & brand building.
  • Good understanding of

    digital marketing, social media platforms

    , and content trends.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace

    .
  • Ability to create engaging content (text, visual ideas, video concepts).
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task, work with deadlines, and coordinate across teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Event Promotions.
  • Passion for events, fashion, branding, and communication.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced events environment.
