Job Description

Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and monthly reports for e-commerce and modern trade channels, analysing sales trends and financial performance to drive profitability improvements.
Support the management of receivables ageing, ensuring timely collections from e-commerce and modern trade customers, and track debtor balances for accurate financial reporting while minimizing outstanding amounts.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure all transactions, payments, and credits are accurately reflected. Collaborate with channel partners to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of outstanding balances while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Oversee the BTL provision booking process to ensure alignment with the monthly plan. Track and report on BTL expenditures, providing analysis of spend effectiveness against the budget. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate financial representation.
Assist in reviewing and validating revenue-related transactions, including discounts, rebates, and promotional activities, ensuring they are accounted for properly.
Work closely with the business finance lead and help assess the financial impact of promotional initiatives and customer deals.
Support efforts to track margins and identify opportunities for cost savings across e-commerce and modern trade channels. Assist in analysing profitability and financial efficiency within these areas.
Provide ongoing support to the finance team, including conducting ad hoc financial analysis and generating reports as needed.
