Roles within this job family support the front line sales revenue generating roles. They run back office sales administration processes, manage and use sales information for business insights, and provide customer service support related to sales.
• Support cluster Head in business performance management
• Circulate relevant reports such as market share , field execution to sales team
• Ensure deadlines for reporting and data upload are complied with
• Support ad hoc analytics requested by cluster head
• Generate insights for the cluster heads in order to uncover opportunity / improvement areas
• Sound knowledge of excel and power point
• exposure to tools such as cognos /tabeau/power Bi • Knowledge of sales operations
• Has the mind-set of a business consultant
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for business growth
• Good communicator
• Ability to drive data culture
• Has a passion for numbers & data
• Takes satisfaction in driving business impact through insight generation • Can interact with people across the hierarchy
• Analysts are individual contributors
• Requires conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise; develops practical experience
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new analysts/associates
• Solves standard problems by identifying solutions based on standard practices

• Explains information to others in straightforward situations
