Assistant Manager - Client Servicing

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Client Servicing for Sector Skills Council, your primary responsibility is to take ownership of sourcing Assessors for the Sector Skills council clients assigned to you. You will coordinate with your network to identify and engage Assessors, share their profiles with the Sector Skills Council for approval, ensure their presence on assessment days, and provide support to ensure efficient execution of assessments. Additionally, you will be required to deepen your understanding of Sector Skills council operations and assist in assessment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with your network to source Assessors for the assigned Sector Skills Council - Share the profile of Assessors with the Sector Skills Council and seek approval - Coordinate with the Assessors to ensure their presence on assessment days - Provide full support to the Assessors for efficient execution of assessments - Build deeper knowledge about Sector Skills council operations to assist in assessment processes Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in sourcing Assessors for various Sector Skills Councils - Ability to easily build relationships and connect with people - Maturity and capability to handle stress and demanding client requirements - Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, quick thinker, and goal-driven - Comfortable with using technology and adapting to new technologies - Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in work Please note that the compensation for this role is competitive and among the best in the industry.
