Role Details


We currently work with some of the top recruiters of the country (our-partners). We have set up a strong base across India by working with 750+ corporate and are scaling up our model to newer regions. As Assistant Manager - Business Development, your role would primarily be to sign up SMEs over phone and initiating conversations with large clients.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Closing SMEs over phone
  • Initiating sales conversation over phone calls with prospective large customers
  • Close sales calls on phone wherever possible
  • Client Meetings and final closure of deals
Experience
  • 1 - 3 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience.
Desired Qualifications / Traits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand the client's problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them
  • Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements
  • Self driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal driven
  • Integrity and professionalism in work
