Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Channel Sales Location: Gurugram, India Experience: 2.5 – 8 years Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹11 LPA Industry: Real Estate About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven professional for a Channel Sales role with a leading player in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, developing, and nurturing a strong network of channel partners. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct thorough market studies and surveys to map and understand the potential target groups. ● Identify and onboard capable channel partners to expand the business network. ● Deliver engaging and effective business presentations to potential partners. ● Coordinate site visits and relationship-building activities with channel associates. ● Manage the complete empanelment process, including compliance and documentation. ● Train and mentor newly empanelled channel teams to align with business requirements. ● Provide on-ground support to channel partners during their initial customer interactions. ● Update and maintain data on CRM platforms like Salesforce or equivalent systems on a daily basis.
