CTC: 4.5 – 12.5 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who will be responsible for driving project-based unit sales through customer engagement and relationship building. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact team that values integrity, energy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and drive timely sales of units in the assigned project.
2. Provide accurate information about pricing, delivery timelines, and unit specifications during site visits and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
3. Work with internal teams (legal, accounts, and back-office) to streamline documentation and ensure smooth customer experience.
4. Oversee payment collections and ensure timely processing.
5. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to promote referrals and meet sales targets.
6. Maintain updated client and sales information regularly in the Salesforce system.

What are we looking for?

• 3 to 9 years of experience in sales (preferably project or real estate sales).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delighting customers.
• Good objection-handling skills and a problem-solving mindset.
