Assistant Manager - CBI - Field

As a Field Collections Manager at Spocto, you will play a crucial role in managing the field collections team and ensuring efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing In-house Team Leaders and overseeing vendor management at the location level. - Controlling the portfolio in terms of physical collections and CRR indicators in the external domain. - Handling reports management to track the field team's performance. - Liaising with other departments to enhance team performance. - Managing allocation strategy, capacity planning, span of control, and providing training to in-house staff on products and services. - Demonstrating strong planning skills, addressing operational challenges, and solving problems effectively. - Analyzing team performance and implementing corrective actions for improvement. - Ensuring proper quality controls are in place for the set processes. - Managing customer escalations and complaints in coordination with other departments. - Providing training and development opportunities to motivate the team. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation is mandatory. - Previous experience in handling field teams such as Team Leaders and Agents. - Proficiency in computer skills including internet usage, email communication, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and presentation skills. - Ability to efficiently coordinate with other departments to resolve queries.
