Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, networking, and referrals.
Manage and grow existing client accounts.
Respond to catering inquiries and provide quotes in a timely manner.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
ollaborate with culinary and operations teams to create customized menus and ensure high-quality food and service.
Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including venue logistics, staffing, and equipment.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., banquets, F&B) to ensure seamless event execution.
Conduct site visits and tastings with clients.
