Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Collaborate with business units to build financial plans and OKRs, and adjust financials as required
  • Regularly review plans vs. actuals to monitor business performance
  • Conduct month-end closing reviews, including identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Handle ad hoc requests, offering timely problem-solving and support
  • Lead automation projects to streamline processes for enhanced efficiency

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance and support to management for business decision-making
  • Develop and monitor AOP (Annual Operating Plan) to align with business unit objectives
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial procedures
