As an Assistant Manager in the BOOT (Business Development) department at our Mumbai Corporate Office, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless operational execution of our business development strategies. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with various teams to achieve organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities and duties will involve continuously scanning the market for potential site locations based on strategic plans and location analysis. You will collaborate with real estate agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to explore new business opportunities. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market analysis, including demographic studies, competitive landscape assessment, and profitability calculations. It will be your responsibility to gather and analyze decision-making data, provide a five-year sales projection, and prepare comprehensive catchment analysis reports to support our business development initiatives. In this role, you will need to collect information from local doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors to build a robust database. You will also be required to complete necessary documentation, agreements, and coordinate with the project team for successful implementation. Escalating urgent issues to senior management when necessary to ensure prompt resolution will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a team. Your proactive and enterprising approach to business development, along with your ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, will be key to driving the company's growth through strategic location analysis, stakeholder coordination, and robust market research. Requirements for this position include a graduate degree in any field, 2-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi, and a willingness to travel as required.
