Assistant Manager - Business Development

In this role at Intertek, you will be responsible for increasing business avenues and enhancing the client database. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, acquiring, and developing new and prospective clients. - Managing and resolving client concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Providing accurate, timely, and competitive pricing for all proposals while maintaining optimal profit margins. - Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports for the assigned/associated client/location. - Maintaining contact with all clients in the assigned/associated market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Driving new business development specifically in the packaging domain, including Packaging & Transit Testing services. - Managing and growing existing RoHS customers within the assigned region. Qualifications required for this position include: - BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical / Textile Technology /BSc - MBA in Marketing Relevant Experience: - Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in the field of sales management Expertise at: - Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management. - Clear understanding of customer and market dynamics. - Willingness to travel and collaborate with a global professional team. - Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience driving sales teams. - Strong Sales Planning, Sales Management, and Data Analytics skills.
