Job Description

Job Specific Requirement:

1. Experience in New Business Development from sales POV.

2. Should have good experience in B2B.

3. Able to understand basics of Customer drawings.

4. Responsible to answer customer during development process, samples, quotations (will be provided by Costing), lead times and other general queries.

5. Collaborate internal and external stakeholders for Development and supply of new parts sample approval

6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

7. Provide input into the development of the company's marketing and product strategies.

8. Keep Track of RFQ and Convert in to series supply.

Other Skills Required:

SAP

Good Communication Skills (Oral and written),

Task and time management skills,

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Wiring harness Experience is an added advantage.
