Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Create a database of qualified leads by utilizing various methods such as referrals, cold calling, and digital media. - B2B Sales (Agency): Acquire new clients by signing up new accounts. - Market Development and Revenue Generation: Meet aggressive sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Ensure on-time renewals of service agreements. - Adherence to Reporting: Maintain accurate records and regularly update the CRM tool. - Market Mapping: Identify market opportunities, drive sales, and foster relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat or referral business. - Maintain a strong connection with the market and exhibit sound interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 4 - 8 years of experience in the Travel Industry with a solid understanding of the travel business. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated knowledge and successful execution of development strategies. - Goal-oriented and focused mindset.,
