Job Description

Assistant Manager – Bureau (Base Layer NBFC)Responsible for managing end-to-end Credit Bureau operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams and all four credit bureaus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bureau pulls and timely submissions to CIBIL, Experian, CRIF & Equifax.
  • Validate CIR/CDF files, resolve rejects, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and clean-up activities.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/CICRA guidelines and support audit requirements.
  • Handle customer dispute cases and coordinate corrections with bureaus.
  • Team Management and Training the team
  • Work with Tech/Product teams on bureau integrations and data mapping.
  • Prepare bureau-related MIS on uploads, rejects, and dispute status.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Bureau operations (NBFC/Bank/Digital Lending).
  • Strong knowledge of CIBIL/Experian/CRIF/Equifax reporting formats.
  • Good analytical, reconciliation, and Excel/MIS skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.
