What you will do: 1. Campaign Ideation & Conceptual Thinking Decode client briefs and translate them into standout digital-first campaign ideas. Conceptualize engaging branded content strategies across video, social, influencer, display, native, and performance media. Build storytelling hooks that connect emotionally and drive results. 2. Brand-Facing Strategy & Solutions Collaborate with sales team and media planning teams to craft integrated pitch solutions that align with business objectives. Participate in brand briefs, client calls, and presentations - confidently owning the storytelling and ideation piece. Balance brand tonality, digital trends, and platform dynamics while crafting bespoke content ideas. 3. Creative Decking & Communication Build compelling, visually engaging, and sharply written pitch decks that simplify complex ideas and sell smartly. Write campaign lines, content pillars, influencer narratives, video concepts, and platform strategies tailored to each client. Ensure alignment of brand voice, message clarity, and creative integrity throughout. 4. Proactive Thinking & IP Development Build proactive campaign ideas and festival-led packages for potential clients across categories. Develop content IPs and recurring formats that can be monetized across platforms and brand partnerships. Stay on top of pop culture, digital trends, meme culture, and emerging tech to inform new ideas. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in brand solutions, creative strategy, or content marketing at a digital agency, media house, or creative studio. Exceptional at campaign ideation - someone who can turn an insight into a scroll-stopping concept. A solid understanding of content formats, digital marketing platforms, and brand storytelling. Highly confident in building decks, writing content ideas, and presenting to clients. Able to juggle multiple briefs, think fast, and ideate smartly under tight timelines.
